In this class you will learn:

Choux puff
Croustillant chocolate
Chantilly
Chocolate ganache
Price is 11 000kr/person.
This class includes all the ingredients, professional kitchen facilities and the use of aprons and utensils as needed. Participants will receive a recipe email folder and will take their pastry creation home with them.
The instructor of the course is Aurore Pelier Cady, chef and owner of Sweet Aurora Reykjavik.
Class takes maximum 8people.
